Frequently Asked Questions
What are your hours of operation?
We have set bake days currently that coincide with our pick up days. Our current pickup days are Wednesdays and Fridays between 1-6pm.
Do you take custom orders?
We do not take custom order at this time, but if you have a flavor request please send it our way.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Cinnamon Bun making is a slow process so the more lead time the better. That being said, cut off for next day order pickup is 10am the day prior.
Do you offer gluten-free/vegan options?
You'll be happy to know that it is in the works! With so many friends with allergies to gluten and dairy, this is on the top of our list!
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
We are going to keep working on this and circle back. Just not yet.
How should I store my buns?
Our Messy Buns will do just fine in an airtight container on the counter for 3-5 days and 4-7 days in the refrigerator.
How should I reheat my buns?
After many trials here's where we've landed on this one:
ROOM TEMP BUNS
- Microwave for 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Air Fry for about 4 minutes
- Cover with foil and bake on 375 for 5-8 minutes.
REFRIGERATED BUNS
- Microwave for 1-1:30 minutes
- Air Fry for about 6-8 minutes
- Cover with foil and bake on 375 for 10-12 minutes
Of course all of this depends on the type of oven you have, microwave strength, etc. It's best to heat for a tad and then a little more if you aren't fully satisfied.
